A few years ago, I went on one of the greatest adventures of my life. Me, my daughter, our

pastor and a group of 40 or so friends from my church traveled to Israel. I’d always had a

hunger to see what the places in the bible really looked like… and while TV series’ like “The

Chosen” are amazing in their portrayal of the characters, their homes and the land… there is

nothing on earth like seeing it for Yourself, up close. (No, it’s NOT the same – in many places

the important stuff lies underneath a church! But it’s there!)

So, over the next six weeks or so, I plan to blog at least three times a week, and share some of

my pictures and stories with you. Ever wonder what the sea of galilee looks like? Or the hill

where Jesus taught the beatitudes? Or the house where He lived as a child? The streets of

Israel where He carried the cross? Or… and here’s a weird one – the skull of Adam? It’s all

there – and I’ve got the pictures coming soon!
